Back again to this critically acclaimed chinese roll noodle soup (guay jub) with crispy pork belly from Mr.joe's. Still so good (plus more queue and more fat on the pork, which I generally don't like, but this is an exception) It's amazing how the pork managed to stay crispy until my last slurp, even when soaked in the soup for quite a while. My all time champion in guay jub category in Bangkok so far

มาซ้ำก๋วยจั๊บน้ำใสใส่หมูกรอบอีกรอบที่ร้าน #ก๋วยจั๊บมิสเตอร์โจ ยังอร่อยฟินแสงออกปากเหมือนเดิม เพิ่มเติมคือคิวยาวและหมูมีชั้นไขมันหนาขึ้นเยอะ ซึ่งปกติเราไม่ชอบ แต่นี่ถือว่ากรณียกเว้นน ทานทีไรก็อเมซิ่งทุกที กับความกรอบกรุ๊บของหมูกรอบของเค้า ที่แช่ซุปมาตลอดการกินของเราก็ยังคงความกรอบจนนาทีสุดท้าย ทำได้ไงวะ 555 สรุปแล้วก็ยังคงเป็นร้านก๋วยจั๊บยืนหนึ่งในดวงใจของเราเหมือนเดิมม
